archival database as required by polices and laws set forth
by various licensing agencies as well as local, state, and federal laws for the
specific services you are enrolling in. Additionally, we collect credit/debit card
information (number, expiration date, CVV and zip code) from you for the sole
purpose of collecting the fees related to services offered. We do not retain debit or credit card
information on any of our websites or in any of our database retrieval systems.
We will not sell or otherwise distribute information about you to anyone. We
will share your information with the the Arizona Department of Transportation
for DUI related services, and/or other entities as legally allowed related to
your driving offense. We will not share your information with any other third
party outside of our organization or subsidiaries as required without your
express, written permission. We will never contact you for any reason outside
of the specifics of the services you engage in.
We take precautions to protect your information. Our website is secured; all of
our web pages are encrypted and transmitted on a secured socket layer (SSL).

of the address of the web page.

also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information
to perform a specific job (for example, accounting or customer service) are

that the person on corresponding violation being addressed is the person participating in the program;
that you will not dispute or file a chargeback with your card issuing bank;
If participating in DUI Education and Treatment, as you will be enrolling in an Arizona Department of Health Services licensed program, all policies will be explained in detail to you by our staff, and where applicable, will require your in-person or electronic signature prior to engaging in services.
